Our brand building for Superdrop is all about discovery. The product range consists of natural, traditionally produced wines. The content for Instagram and YouTube is created on journeys that can be experienced live.

The store comes with the ability to accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, as well as payment on site. Region-specific gateways not only calculate shipping, but also integrate PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The option to integrate subscriptions is also available.


Integration of DHL and DPD for shipment management of dispatch processing. Labels can be created manually or automatically for shipments and returns. Option for age verification when consignments are handed over. Simple and uncomplicated labels for created returns shipments or via DHL also as an additional storage return.


Automatic creation of individual invoices and cancelations for orders, as well as delivery bills for shipments. Configurable rules for automation via the settings and sending all relevant documents to customers by e-mail.

We have also reliably implemented the verification of a company’s VAT ID via the EU and Swiss interface. Documentation of the check result for each order and application of the reverse charge procedure for companies from abroad with a valid VAT ID – the VAT due is automatically removed if necessary.

Updates and more

The store system can be fully edited by authorized editors and store managers. Regardless of whether subpages or announcements for events or major customers, for example, need to be created quickly. The entire site including the store can be easily edited depending on the employee role and authorization.

Content is king, this has always been true, especially on Instagram. It’s about stories, posts and live concepts that are not only intended to arouse interest, but also to convey knowledge about the world of wine. We have launched a content strategy for Superdrop that makes it easy for social media managers to create content.
